The blend of her experience as a clinical assistant, practice manager, software specialist, practice management consultant, fraud examiner, and business development director propels Danya Montoya in the perfect position to launch DSO Success Consulting. With experience in the dental field since 1993, Danya has only known and perfected one profession. She is also a published author and a compelling national speaker engaging each audience with pearls of wisdom to take back to their practice.
Danya has written articles for online dental blogs and is published in Dental Economics. She was a featured speaker at the Iowa Dental Association Annual Meeting in 2019 and has presented for many Henry Schein Dental events over the years.
Beginning as a Clinical Assistant and advancing her career into management, she leaned on her knowledge of the numbers in the practice. Transitioning into the coaching aspect of her career, she depends on dashboards and analytics to guide multiple practice entities.
