Focused Essential Systems Program
The Focused Essential Systems Program is specifically created for the practice that has previously been through comprehensive coaching, either with DSO Success or with another comprehensive consulting company. This organization would have achieved excellence in the majority of all essential processes however may struggle with one or two main processes that are holding back the potential of the entire organization. An example of this would be a Treatment Coordinator/s and their inability to create treatment plans, present large case values to patients, and follow up with patients who declined treatment. Our focused training would:
- Evaluate their current protocols
- Discuss the desired end result
- Introduce DSO Success Essential Processes
- Implement training with the appropriate team member/s – Virtual or Onsite
- Develop a protocol for accountability
- Follow up with their DSO Success Consultant.
